ABOUT CAMPUS

A private engineering college named Himalaya College of Engineering (HCOE) was founded in 2057 BS (2000 AD). It is affiliated with Tribhuvan University and offers bachelor's degree programs in computer engineering, electronics and communication engineering, civil engineering, and architecture through the Institute of Engineering (IOE). The college's mission is to deliver top-notch engineering instruction and turn out qualified engineering graduates. Since its founding, the college has been turning out highly skilled engineers who are the foundation of the country's economic growth.

Lalitpur-9, Chyasal, where the college is situated, is easily accessible from all directions. Infrastructure has been built by the college in the 22 Ropani regions per the standards established by IOE. A six-story building and an additional five buildings house all of the administrative and academic programs. Seminars, workshops, and training are commonly held throughout a semester as a component of teaching-learning processes. The project work, fieldwork, and field trips are ongoing regular programs in HCOE. As a result, the institution guarantees the high level of education that is necessary for the students in the current environment and helps them pursue both their professional and academic objectives. These graduates demonstrated professional and academic proficiency in a variety of settings, businesses, and forms, as well as the highest score in the IOE semester examination.

The vision statement of HCOE is to establish itself as one of the foremost centers of learning in the field of science and engineering through accompanying multiple educational programs of engineering and fostering research, training, and consulting services.

The mission of the College is to deliver quality engineering education and concoct professional graduates, that enable its products to face new challenges of the country and also to compete in the modern world by implementing short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategic plans

Objectives

To improve the country's technological capabilities by providing high-quality education to students and producing educated, professional, and competent engineers for the nation.
In the future, we hope to promote quality engineering education through various training programs, research projects, material testing research labs, and engineering consulting services.
To generate quality engineering experts and managers as highly skilled human resources by giving MSc degrees in many engineering and science disciplines in the future.
